1. Usage Rights & License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Bolivar website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the website.

  • Modifying, copying, distributing, or publishing any content without prior written permission.

  • Using data mining tools, bots, or similar methods to extract website content.

  • Using the website in any way that may damage, disrupt, or compromise our services or security.

2. Payment Policy

Currently, payments are accepted only through:

  • Cash on Delivery (available in Cairo only).

  • Vodafone Cash.

  • InstaPay transfer.

For prescription glasses (frames + lenses), a 50% upfront payment is required, as lenses are custom-made according to the customer’s prescription. These lenses are covered by an execution guarantee, similar to a doctor’s prescription.


3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Cairo: Delivery available with Cash on Delivery or electronic payments.

  • Other governorates: Delivery available only with electronic payments (Vodafone Cash or InstaPay).

  • Prescription glasses: May take additional time (2–7 business days) to prepare lenses according to the medical prescription.

  • Remote areas: Delivery schedules may vary.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.

⏰ Delivery hours: 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM.


4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Contact lenses.

  • Custom-made prescription lenses.

  • Products sold in clearance sales with 50% discount or more.

  • Items showing signs of use.

❗ Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before execution or shipping.

  • Once execution begins (especially for custom prescription lenses), cancellation or modification is no longer possible.


6. Warranty

  • All Bolivar eyewear is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Custom prescription lenses are guaranteed according to the execution of the doctor’s prescription.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or negligence.


7. Customer Responsibility for Prescription Accuracy

  • The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the medical data (prescription or lens measurements) provided.

  • Bolivar processes lenses strictly according to the submitted prescription and bears no responsibility for errors resulting from inaccurate data.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

  • We never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • All financial transactions are conducted through encrypted channels to ensure maximum security.


9. High Prescription Lens Availability

  • High prescription powers are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers must confirm availability with a Bolivar optician before placing their order.


10. Promotions & Discounts Policy

  • Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time or while supplies last.

  • Multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined on the same order.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • Bolivar is not responsible for any damage resulting from the improper use of products.

  • Products are intended for personal use only. Any use beyond their intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the customer.
